What the service is

PaintScope AI reviews the commercial project documents you send and returns a Painting Bid Scope Report: the painting requirements it finds in those documents, each cited to its section and page, plus clearly labelled suggestions, open questions, and items not found in the provided documents. It is an estimating-assistance tool for commercial painting contractors. It does not measure quantities and it does not price work.

What it does not promise

A report reflects the provided documents, and only those documents. An analysis can miss a requirement buried in a page we could not read or that was never sent. PaintScope does not assume responsibility for your bid: verify requirements against the governing project documents before you submit. The report is not a legal opinion and not a substitute for your judgement.

Your documents

You keep ownership of everything you send and everything produced from it. We treat your documents as confidential, keep them only as long as the privacy page states, and never use them in another customer's analysis or in public marketing.

Pricing and billing

Payment is not taken on this site yet, so a paid project is arranged by email: we send a hosted Stripe payment link (NanoCorp as merchant of record), and the analysis starts once payment is made. If an analysis fails, it is either completed or the payment is refunded in full. Prices are shown in full with their period; there are no hidden renewals.

Cancelling and deleting

You can sign in to the customer dashboard with a NanoCorp account, but there are no subscriptions yet, so there is nothing to cancel; this page will state how cancellation works if plan subscriptions begin. Deleting is available now: ask by email at any time and we delete your documents and reports from our records, and confirm when it is done.

The sample report on this site is built from a fictional project to show the report structure. It is not a real customer report and does not describe a real building.
